I agree with Larseg. Never used a T/P. If you're not trading against the trend and the pips are good, a S/L set up at the right place is all that's needed.

I get looking at D1 and H1 but why not H4 as well?
lol, alrighty then. i use T/P's sometimes but usually also let them run to my stop..you're D1/H1 is for Larseg I assume? I check all tf's(and draw fibs) from 15M up at least a few times per day

Yes, my question was directed at Larseg. It makes a lot of sense to check out the time frames he's saying but I'm curious why H4 wouldn't be looked at as well.

if i could remember, 2 or 3 days back delta predicted eu to touch 1.26++ and i thought it was well....bu!^sh#t

this is their prediction today.hmmmmmm.

I also predicted the market to run up. I got in at the exact time it started... but also didn't expect my option calls NOT to move... well I guess thats what you get buying options so close to expiry
IMF raised the growth forcast to 3.3 from 3.1 which is probably why it ran up and should cause more short covering...

Looks good to me, in fact that's what I'm trading since last night. I'm looking forward to 1.32 by the end of the month, another decisive price point.

Hi Jay

I look at the H4 from time to time but I just have to narrow my options down as there are so many.

All i focus on is to get a good entry and then move SL to BE. I have no idea how to exit but I like to use the daily UK chart for trend reversal, choppy etc..

All I want to have in the end is small lossess, heaps of BE's and some big gains, same as I have in the stock market...

I also believe that if a trader looks around to much he won't be able to get his profits when his trading method is in turn of beeing profitable but hey, you know that

Morning all . sl & next pending order eu changed to 1.2732 & (2727 & 2703/08 ) respectively.
H4 tf last cd 13th running & likely range & try close at top for low risk sell signal. daily bull rally 6th candle running & very likely ranges too as it determinant of the whole bull here and as most candles happen within short ranges of 2526 to 2690 now if any good retracement next to 2526 the whole bull will be aborted.
h1 tf same , buy set up perfection & staggering at the narrow angle of the raising wedge & likely break out to 1.2603 after testing the top again at about 1.2692 /97or 1.2703 / 2728 and finally to test 1.2480 support to play around for bull resume again & finally breakout may next to the deep down.

closed short before & waiting it top again as H4 candle to high & close there 2:40hr left before retake short again .
