you just have to kind of get used to the soap opera of the stock market. Obviously Eurozone problems are not certainly over just because the amount that banks received from the ECB was less than expected. And the Eurozone is still most likely headed for a double dip. But it provided a reason for a short term reversal. The jobs were expected to be heinous and gloom and doom. When they were near what everyone was expecting, it was basically baked into the market. Then you slap an inverted head and shoulders on there on the charts and a normal broken head and shoulders on the USD index and you have a reason for a short term reversal, profit taking, scaling out of dollar positions.

I took the scalp also after we hit my target 635> Now waiting for a push above to enter a real short below 666.
Oh....If the push above does not happen, which it is working on right now...A sell below 2590 TP @ 2544 /Sl @ 606 looks good.
Looks to be time to call it a day though as long as we dont get closer to 666. >>>>>> 635/37 will probably hold or put us in a comma if it does break.

i was trading cad housing number which came so bad and and US news came so bad in both scenario usd/cad went down.any comment on this?how can there be risk aversion on usd/cad

what thing can make usd tank on worst cad housing numbers

I put them on as soon as you were kind enough to share them with us, I will always have them on my charts, thankyou, normally I used to only have a 368 sma and wait for PA, bigger the candle 15/20 and I would just jump in. Thanks again.

UC has a range of 0.9930 - 1.08655 since 2009.10.04 (weekly chart). My trades are all in this range since a breakout will invite me to change my mind. The actual weekly candle has reached the upper line of bollinger band and shows now red. May be it change in green and will go further up near 1.0865 but the daily chart looks southwards just now after the three daily candles before have built a resistance near 1.069 (Pivotal R1). Daily CCI (14) is turning under 100% just now. I wait for an enter short near 1.0527 once more with a target near 1.0396

Oh I hate it (again). If you asking yourself why you loose money, here is the answer:
Watch the chart on Eur/usd and GBP/usd. This move is not made by daily volume, it's bigger, much bigger. It's so big, that no even a retrace has a chance.
This happens if the billions changing the positions. You cannot do anything about it, except going long ->roulette ( cause you don't know when it end on daily basis).
For day traders it is very hard right now.

See the Euro climbing ? Someone is pushing lot's of money from US to EU and still valid, if he/them stops Euro will drop but right now it's not over.

I made my money on retrace but not much, this time suck. I hope Euro will get as soon as possible to 1.35 so I can trade normal again
