We might see a price exhaustion right now, gotta wait the hourly close to confirm it...lower highs, lower lows, we just need a lower close so it can be a nice short

That doji certainly has a power to keep PA in its range. I'm watching all of this like a hawk. Frankly, I'd prefer a break to the downside.

On 1hr tried and failed to break 1.2605 twice, i think thats a double top failure.

You have no idea how much you sounded like you are some sort of master of the forex market who amazingly figured out the market, oh and yea Major in economics, mate im 18 and even i know Bog standard school economics dont really apply much in this messed up world... things economics dont teach is how Big boys ie ECB, SNB and the FED manipulates market whenever they like.

No matter how much you think you got it figured out by charting, the big boys still have the power to mess you up.

sorry for the delay... no TP for now... I GENERALLY scale some off at key levels and then let whatever is left run to wherever it can get to. That works better in trending markets tho than it does now and I'm flexible.

If I was to set one tho, in this PA and Momentum I'd probably be happy to see either M3 (25550ish) or the Daily pivot (2535) until New York comes online and sets a course otherwise. I'm not much on preset TP's unless I'm playing the 10 to 20 pip "round robin" bollinger band trades when it's ranging.

No worries. Wish we could all just stay 'constructive' though - regardless of how naive or ill-conceived posts are considered to be. What's the latest on your "600 pips a week" thread? Was following that with interest until there were some issues a couple of weeks back... David

wait wait... how you on the right track?? have you seen EURCHF?? nice intervention happened there and the prospect is EURUSD is going down hard with the double top and China and Saudi placing their SELL EURUSD at 1.2600/10 area... and you showing a chat with Buy positions... im just curious... because you bascially Playing against the Longer term trends... entering Long trades because of some Big Boys Interventions.. and we all know that interventions are a waste of time and money, thought you learnt in economics that theres something called an equilibrium... with a force pushing price Up there has to be one to pull it back down to a stable point...

EQUILIBRIUM when the qauntity of a product demanded equals the qauntity supplied at the prevailing market price, when a market reaches an equilibrium there is no pressure to change the price. so your saying that the price isnt going anywere?
