I don't put the though out that we could push a little bit higher towards the larger shorts. I'm sure that last weeks covering rally shook out a lot of the weak shorts. With that being said, bulls might still try to cover a few more shorts.....I also wouldn't discount the fact that with volumes decreasing due to illiquid holiday (July 4) and summer trading conditions coming into effect, we could see a bunch of consolidation up here in the range from 1.2150-1.2645 until mid-July to August. Here's my chart.....

Most people expecting a negative NFP but it may be "intended" to surprise. However ADP was 13k so chances of > 110k jobs created in private sector are small.

Big push up if surprise is true. Other wise continue down. Euro would probably retrace to support.

It really depends on what the market sentiment think,

because if they think USD is no longer a safe heaven. It will end the Euro bear trend. Currently at least quite a bit of USD strength is drive by safe heaven.

negative NFP could turn the safe heaven confidence down or otherwise, we just dont know.

If you look at the EUR/JPY, you'll see the yen also got weaker. So, I think that implies that the bond sale in Spain had a big impact.

Yawn....guess everyone's gonna sit on the sidelines til NFP. I was hoping for a small retrace so I could dump that short I took, but I'm not sure it's going to happen. As a matter of fact I'm pretty positive I'm going to be wondering what to do with my position at 7:29 CST tomorrow lol

I don't think anyone is expect NFP to be anything but crap-tack-ular.

Market probably priced in the -110 or so already. There's so much negativity expected than over 110 shouldn't effect the market much (just confirmation) whereas anything under would surprise the heck out of people.

There's also a lot of capital waiting to jump into equities. Talk of "the bottom" is getting stronger. USA has shown its cards. The EU on the other hand is going to get worse in the coming months.
Only expectation matters . . .

Now pull up a monthly chart and study the last candle... you might find your trigger tomorrow when support or resistance is found...now if you don't know what I mean look back at this comment over the weekend and figure it out...
