I'm experiencing a WTF moment with the EURSD & EURJPY now. Can't see anything on the news. Is this a profit taking?

China doesn't, nobody does in reality in this day and age since everything is interconnected since cause and effect always will be there.

Nevertheless, China in these several years saw the USA bubble crash, and now we have Euro Fiscal crisis. Both are very serious matter and I do not believe the Chinese government will just sit there and waiting for a crisis to hit their shores. Because IF they did just sat there, it will not only be a financial crisis, it will be a survival crisis for the only political party in China, the CCP. Therefore, a political crisis will occur.

Given that, I can conclude that after years of "intelligence" gathering, that unlike the western world where the political side of the government often times "works" for the economy. The Chinese financial department is in a reverse role but rather "works" for political reasons, and needs.

This reverse role has a serious significance in "controlling" a financial destiny.

and i agree when the shit hit the fan. shit will be bad. i do recall china taken away stimulus. then adding it back after a short period of time.
sounds like the ruling officials are scared of what might happen. in their action..

Yea, of course, trading is the foremost reason we are here and should be doing. I'm doing trading too, but I'm a long term trader with most my EURUSD short positions' take profit at 1.15 and parity.

The stimulus is indeed a worry, there are many problems that China has, don't get me wrong by reading me thinking that China's got their crap together and all is well in the country.

I'm just not buying the so called "analyst" on China that we hear on the news (ie. Treadmill to hell, etc.) because I really doubt they TRULY understand China as it REALLY is.

China is very Different, and using the previous knowledge of boom and bust of the West will not fit nicely into the grid of what is going to happen.

yes ,, they sleep under bridges. many houses are mt.. whole brand new cities are mt. more and more continue to come with no place to stay. it dont matter how much they build for these guys. they cant pay anyway.

Yep, and I think China sees it.

China is not at a point of inevitable. The increase pressure to build self consumption is in the rise (inflation is a by product). It is a race against time before the export business starts to slump and there will be mass unemployment that will be hard to get them back to work.

Essentially, the recent Chinese real estate policy is a needle in it of itself to puncture the price. The prices that rose weren't mainly driven by speculative forces that we saw in the USA housing bust, the Hong Kong 97-98 housing bust, and so forth.

Also the debt to savings ratios of typical households are much more healthier and can withstand a significant period of "drought."

There isn't any crazy interest only ARM loans either.

A whole lot more I can add but overall a difficult situation to assess.

There was no sign of crisis before the proverbial hit the fan in the U.S. either. Well, in the mainstream media anyways.

Not saying you're wrong, just saying that not seeing any sign isn't an indicator.

Continue working for 15 years, buy a house, get a urban ID, their children will receive better education.

They work hard in the city, but the salary can raise the whole family in the countryside. That's what the want.
