Sure, I don't think it's a good idea to buy/sell after spike/long candle - you just missed that train and have to wait for another.

And you don't know really what it is - maybe some bank did something they have planned and everything will be back to 'normal' in no time.

I was up a couple $thousand before being down that much in a matter of seconds. You have to let it go bud. This is part of the game. Remember, while you are trading they're just pips.

this spike will not hold if market does not carry the prices later. be watching the action...next hours action will be vital...see if the prices hold up. personally i din partake in this spike but ive been buying euro for a while now.

Congrats I closed a 10 pips short at 10:30 and didn't enter any position since then.

Eur Channel/Trend is down, no surprise there. Though the ECB news is big, but its irrelevant at the moment as the Eur market is already down. More bad news out of EU .... is not considered a big deal.

The main focus is USD Index, with many analyst predicting price will blow through 86.00 yesterday. Not the case as USDX is having problems breaking past 86.00. So now everyone is anticipating a retracement on more USD gains as Dollar Index can break a pivotal S/R level. At the moment, everyone is anticipating a pull back of USD, which is what is happening now because Dollar Index can't break pass s/r level.

i was short with profit but then just happened... was waiting to pop down oo level... ah what can i do. Will get it back next time...

The one time i say to my self to let the trade flow and this happens- ironic

We might see a retracement before another move up... so i'll wait

USDX Closed yesterday @ 86.03 (analyst predict price would easily break pass level)

USDx Current price @ 85.75 and Dropping

For the remainder of the day, I would expect USDX to continue to drop and EURUSD to continue to rise. My personal EURUSD reversal levels are 1.2300 or 1.2350.
