I had a line in the sand for short or long. It touched the long and pulled back and just now hit the short.

We'll see. I'm wondering if the Tokyo market isn't keeping this thing upward at the moment and if we won't see some movement one way or the other within 40 min.

For the love of god, I can't decipher what the intentions are as of right now.

-European market time might just drive it down quite a bit before USA comes in and screw up the good bear trend and party crash.....-

(US) US lawmakers agree on compromise to the 'Volcker rule'
- Plans proposed by Sen Merkley and Sen Levin.
- The plan would place tougher limits on the risky trading activities of banks.
- Banks will be allowed to make small investments in private equity and hedge funds.
- It is expected that banks will be given considerable time to adjust to some of the measures.
- US conferees proposed a compromise on the provision which would make banks spin off their swap desks
- The compromise involves allowing banks to trade fx and interest rate OTC derivatives in-house
- Compromise involves allowing banks to trade gold and silver swaps in order to hedge their risks
- Under the compromise, affiliates of banks would deal with cleared and uncleared commodities and certain credit derivatives.
- Bank affiliates would be in charge of non-referenced entities, all equity swaps and uncleared credit default swaps.
- House conferees proposed to give "captive financial units" an exemption from clearing.
- Conferees in the Senate rejected the House proposal to restrict ownership in clearing houses, exchanges and other trading platforms.

**Reminder from June 24th: (US) Senator Dodd presents his Volcker rule amendments to the FinReg conference committee, including conflict of interest provision; As expected, Dodd proposal would limit bank hedge fund investment to 3% of tangible equity; Notes that insurers need to be able to conduct necessary trading.

mig interbank signals services hints to sell at 1.2318 sl 1.2350 tp 1.2283....
this week they got almost every entry....but today it doesn't match my view...(s/r)... if new highs willl be touched before it will give new entry points...

ps it actually told it at 7.12 gmt then BEFORE touching it...then let's consider them in...and near their sl!

The USA is in a better situation fundamentally than the EU All I've seen this month is really just a slight correction before the resumption of a downtrend.

So I've been going long here and there as the market moves, but on a longer term, I'm bearish the E/U. Think the 1.2400 market is about as far as we get.

And with that, I'm going to have a few cheese puffs.

for the length oh the wick on the 15 minute chart.

It is going to 1.2650 till the end of June and likely to drop to 1.20 in July where it will bounce and go up to 1.35 till the end of this year.

Euro and USD are both a mess but my sentiment is bearish. Like I've said before, previous to the last six months or so Euro has been rallying against the dollar under the false assumption that they had things under control. This isn't a problem that will solve itself overnight and with the amount of negative news coming out of Europe every day, upside potential seems limited to me.

That's going to be some move to end this month. I'd take it if it means we hit 1.2000.

Going to be a fun ride the rest of the year.
