Count me in on that list as well... (not in the red overall actually , but consider it a a seriously dented shade of green...) Days like this remind me why i used to work for wages... you always got paid at the end of the day.

Just came home from being gone all day to one short still in profit, and the other one entered this morning from down below somewhere and with a very wide stop well above the 4hr 50ema taken out by 2 pips... ...

It took a big chunk out of the profit from the other running trade but considering what I've gotten away with the last week, my number must have come up while I was gone and the market had it's way with me.... oh well.

This is the reason I almost NEVER trade with pending orders while away and I get spanked more than not when I do it. Mr Market will always reteach us lessons we already know.

Back to the fray this evening, need to catch up on everything after I mow the grass.

that doesnt mean LONG, but its not a Bear friendly era either.

No one told me how to post a chart with a thumbnail like that but anyway, the price is actually hugging a 38% fib level.

START-> programs-> paint

then go back to your chart and PRESS "PRINT" on your keyboard.

then go back to "paint".
-> right mouse click AND "paste"


then "save as" -> desctop

done

OK, thanks but I mean, if I do save the image then try to upload, for whatever reason, it displays in a way that you have to click on the attachement to view it.

hey everyone..... who tried to trade FOMC today? trading has been pretty boring for me lately due to the fact that I havent had any open positions for like a week! I dont trade the news unless price reaches one of my orders....Trading news is a no win situation for you, dealers and brokers are ALWAYS two steps ahead of you. Oh well, im just trying to be patient and make less, but better trades. I find that when I wait for 1 or 2 really great trades a week, thats when I'm trading at my highest level possible given my strategy. Anyways, I was bored a bit ago, and I made this chart of oil, I really like it. Will this happen? lol wish I could tell you... Jim Rogers says its headed higher...I disagree. With this whole BP thing, I think oil is definetly going to be wild card in late summer/autumn. In looking at my chart, it certainly appears to be making the turn for more downside to come. This TL from the top @147 will be great to establish shorts, looking for lower lows.....

Dollar gets whacked, Cable near 1.50. This is only start..

Wait and see more tanking tomorrow..

High for current uptrend for USD has been reached.. Look into 80..

area in coming month.

I'll bet for below 85 on USDx for tomorrow 84.75 or so..

Which is why I will be waiting to see the 50% fib, probably extend below there for a discount entry and see if another 15-20% for 1% sits on the table. But as you know, anything can and will happen.

I mainly trade GU mid term setups, but scalp the Euro. Euro has provided great opportunites recently and long may it continue.
Well failed to reach the 50% Fib area I was looking at for a Mid term Long by 37 pips and went on to retest the DTL as I previously mentioned, such is trading. I will have to wait and see how price action fares tomorrow.

First chart from top post yesterday, 2nd chart where we are now at older UDTL (blue line shows 50% long order entry I was looking at). Will continue to watch and wait

Pay attention to this yellow line. M15 TF. When PA bounces or goes above this yellow money line its a LONG signal. Currently its 2288.
