What ak4x said. Anyone who think bad home sales is bad for USD and therefore good for longs here needs to re-examine their understanding of the market.

I wasn't able to jump on that inverted Pin Bar (sign of reversal) on H1. Will have to wait for this candle to close and see if their is opportunity to continue shorts on next candle.

Naw, this inverted pin bar got me up and has my attention. I was sound a asleep, mobile chirped (text message) and just happen to glance at my Dealbookmobile charts and saw the pin bar.
I guess I won't be sleeping until NY lunch.

simply dun trade the news. wait for a while for the news to be soaked in, monitor the effect then enter on a pull-back. News trading is a no-go for new traders without the fundamental understanding.

i know the basics , what do you mean by enter on pull-back you mean enter in the same direction where the price move ? or wait for retrace then enter in the same direction ?

Good lord man, don't agree with me cuz of how long I or anybody else has "been here"... that don't mean nothin. I could have been full of it all that time just like some of the people here now are. My posts should decide that, not time at FF.
And you can usually forget the vouch thing as well, it's sort of broken...
You want a link? There ain't one. You gotta work. Take the MAJOR news releases, corrlate them to a chart and study the reaction. This will take longer than an afternoon btw...
if you want some advice... here's some from awhile back that's still valid...
First and most important thing you can do... STEP AWAY FROM THIS THREAD. Don't pack a bag, or leave a note. Just leave...
While doing that, research the old Carry Trade and why it don't work anymore... Risk aversion, flight to safety, etc. Then research stuff regarding this so called BS "Recovery" until you can see thru all the BS flyin a'rd to keep the masses mesmerized and hopeful.
Then you can come back here and maybe trade a little... Maybe.
Otherwise donate your current account to the charity of your choice, ((or mail a check to Jaywalker) and find a job instead. You'll do better in the long run, the medium run, and the short run.
Seriously bro, unless you understand this market better, you're just pullin the handle on the slot machine. Step carefully...
