Thank you so much LawGirl21 and Sunyhuis also. Great help. Will be trading the ATC live account tomorrow with $5K. What would you suggest that I do regarding size for a 3 contract trade? Incidentally, my Demo on FOREX.com kicked in tonight and scored +22; I close the other two positions cause am going to bed and wanted to retain the +28 pips each of them had. So that makes 15 straight winners on the $10k Demo. Unbelievable. I think I see some light in helping my kids with their student loans! Yes. Goodnight and thanks for any suggestions on how to manage the ATC account. 66trader66.

66, I would not use the 3 contract option! Only 1 contract, figured as follows:
$5,000 @ 5% per trade = $250 total risk per trade
$250/140 (stop loss) = $1.78 per pip
One (1) contract at $2.00 per pip (.2) = $280 total risk per trade
$280/$5000 5.6% of total account

6% risk of total account per trade is considered high risk, but at least you will live to fight another day.

It is absolutely terrible to me. The EA has set 120pips SL but your trades were closed at 19pips, that’s strange and out of my expectations! $500 should have enough margin to stand 120pips!

is the above error related to trailing stops or something? I getting 50-100 kb of them in logs everyday.

And having occasional problem of orders not being sent such as order 1 missing only order 2 and 3 sent or other combination

I think it depends on the leverage and value per pip.

i guess alternatively, you could still trade the 3 contract option but using only 0.06 per trade, for a total of 0.18

It was just showing the spread on cable for me at that time - 28 pips. You'd commented that the spread for you an hour earlier was 1 pip.
