Still bullish in this 'weekly' sense however, thinking if we break 1.2250 we could see 1.2180. bearish concession.

Thinking about taking profit on the 40-50 pip orders and letting the smaller ones run at this moment, technically i would be done for the week but im oh so greedy

I agree, I'm set up in a holding pattern waiting to see if it can break 2250. Any serious momentum under 2250 and I'll be going short.

Yeah, you have to remember the euro was unjustly rallying against the dollar before the EU debt mess came to light. I say unjustly because they were in the same kind of mess the US was, they were just covering it up. Supposedly ECB is suppose to release some info on state of the banks, might give us an idea how serious this really is. Then again, not like they haven't already thrown enough bull shit at us. Not sure why we should believe what they have to say now.

certainly I could be wrong, but I don't see this as a bounce off the lower trendline, rather I see it as a valid break of the lower trendline, indicating short. Again I could be wrong!! see the chart =>

Could be, your TL's are drawn a little steeper then mine making a diff....

On the 4H, we've got our first 3-in-a-row bear candles in days going. Still got time, but it would take a nice shift to turn it to a bull candle.

Mean anything? Maybe not. I noticed that around the next candle yesterday we had a downswing. Will we get a repeat today?

I also have the current candle at a key shift indicator I'm trying out. The last "shift" was a few days ago on the bull side. This one is a possible bear shift. The next candle will tell the story, but it's all setup now. You could say that it's just hinting at some bear action, but could easily hold off.

Kind of excited to see what happens.

Should point out that I'm shorting the EUR/USD at this time.
Only expectation matters . . .

Haha that's right !

You can't print money like crazy and think that you will grow your way out of a recession. USA and Eurozone are just digging themselves into a deeper hole... you can't solve problems of debt by creating more debt and think that it is a great solution.

Still, I hope that people are protecting themselves with real assets such as gold and silver.

It's sad to see that no politicians have fiscal discipline.
US Dollar is trash... Get out of that Ponzi scheme !!!

Most people would say it is not a valid trend line unless you can get 3 touches. But it's all subjective and kinda half assed best guess at the best of times anyways.

I am from Europe and I must say that here no one want to live the euro currency ....even we have problems. The euro zone will become stronger because everybody like the idea to have a bigger economical zone without boundaries ...this is way I don't see that the euro will disappear........

Except that Greece and Portugal should be kicked out. They never should have been allowed in the first place.
