Yep, I agree also. The price action requires much more candles to "go anywhere" when it moves up. The last week 100 pips was two-three candles. This week it's topping out.

Last upward movement took 10 candles.

Agreed, I have been staring at charts and unable to pull the trigger because NOTHING is forming its just a constant <-----> right now
Still need to close my long position at 1.2347 damn WHY IS IT NOT TOUCHING THERE??

I'm sorry but I really laughed at that.

I decided to start changing my sleeping hours. If I ever start making a lot of money in Forex I think I may end up in Europe instead of North America. This has started to become comical. I'm guessing the fact it's close to the summer season might have something to do with it.

My week has been a tad odd though. I was ready to start the week with a bang and ended up with one +4 pip trade, one +2 pip trade and one -5 pip trade (partly due to a requote). Of course, I tried shorting three times as you can imagine and ended up giving up.

Oh well, the higher this thing moves, the more potential downside it will have. After taking over 18 months to test and examine various methods, I think I've finally settled on a method. This is kind of a "period of adaptation" for me with the new method but things have not "gotten off the ground" yet in an amazing way because of these types of movements.

Fwiw... setting my alarms and getting on with Life here for the evening.

Pivots from 5pm for anyone deciding to stick it out... Central and Daily pivots so close together will act like a giant magnet till something breaks it loose in whatever direction (my bias is mo' down but I'd like a quickie burst north to hit my limit sells and reload... but whatever

NOTE: Todays M2 is yesterday's DP and the xx80 psych level.... (price memory)

For anyone interested, I was playing around with various fib levels and found a lot of them between 1.2505 and 1.2686. I would expect a lot of resistance around these levels. It would be interesting to see what happens if prices reach these levels.

You're right about the fact that the prices are lower in the States. Like someone said, you get a discount because you buy everything in greater quantity.

But you need to remember that our currency has never been able to really stay at parity. Because of that, prices can't really fall down here in Canada. Once our currency stabilized over parity and people accepts it, prices are definitely going lower here in Canada. It could take a couple a months, years to adapt our prices to reality.

In my opinion, canadian dollar is way better than USD. We're not spending and printing money as crazy as USA. We produce real goods (commodity currency) so our future is bright on that side.

Finally, we just have to take into consideration that eventually all currencies are going to zero. Paper is not sustainable. That's why owning real assets like gold and silver is essential. Still, canadian dollar will be way better than USD in the future.

Just my 2 cents
