I don't believe there is anything in this thread that uses the Dragon centerline to guage anything. Sonicdeejay might want to comment further on this, but it seems more for reference than anything else. As for the H/Ls sequences, they are valid no matter their position about the Dragon. As you read thru this thread and examine charts of trades, you will see that such a sequence is not consistently located.

EU Watch:

Well, the week started with a gap up, followed a little later with a quick pump for a total rise of about 100 pips. Since then, for more than six hours now, the price has remained in approximately the top 30 pips of that rise.

It is time now to ask, "What is likely going on, buying or selling?" If you took the effort to jack the price up 100 pips so you could then do your thing up there for hours upon hours, would you now be buying, or selling at the higher prices?

Under these circumstances, I am expecting a move down later. Not sure when, because now that the price is up, maybe the euro/London/US session traders will all want to what the asian session traders have done up there.

It is 'wait and see' for now, and this day may be very boring if the move down doesn't come until tomorrow.

Hello guys,
I also think that it is better to be bearish now. Looking at 4H chart EU, It seem we can have down move if price will break Sonik Trendline. So I will wait for confirmation LH LL for shorting. Hope my vies is correct

Initial and second entries were not SonicR. And all this was explained at the time each entry was posted. Sometimes you can avoid having to wait for answers to questions just by going back and reading the trade thread.

EU Watch, Long Trade Initiated:

Made early entry based on bounces off whole number which is Support. The last bounce created the HL in the L-H-HL sequence. This type entry is higher risk....it could still go either way.

Edit: Added M5 chart showing the price drive down by the Frankfurt open traders. NVO indicates highest trading at the lows, so this looks like a manipulated price drop to build long positions at a lower price. I cancelled the SL to stay in the trade, and may even add some. WARNING: Speculation!

Edit: Added second M5 chart showing the London traders are also taking full advantage of the lowered price, compliments of the Frankfurt traders. This looks like a basing area for next move up. WARNING: Speculation!

EU Watch and Long Trade Update:

The attached M30 chart includes an FR study from which we see the Frankfurt traders completed the retrace down to about the 50% level. And this drive down inspired a lot of trading at the lower prices. I added to the long trade, bringing my average to below the whole number. The SL is reinstated, but slightly lowered. The target is a bit raised to be near the FR 27% expansion level.

As I have already added to the trade, I will forego a SonicR normal entry when it comes, which may be lower than the one shown, which was before the drive down happened.

Hello Sonikers , I have an idea long USDJPY, on 4h price bounced on the climbing trendline and on the 15m I saw a good activity on the low.
