Billionaire investor George Soros said “we have just entered Act II” of the crisis as Europe’s fiscal woes worsen.

“The collapse of the financial system as we know it is real, and the crisis is far from over,” Soros said today at a conference in Vienna. “Indeed, we have just entered Act II of the drama.”

Concern that Europe’s sovereign-debt crisis may spread sent the euro to a four-year low against the dollar on June 7 and has wiped out more than $4 trillion from global stock markets this year. Europe’s debt-ridden nations have to raise almost 2 trillion euros ($2.4 trillion) within the next three years to refinance maturing bonds and fund deficits, according to Bank of America Corp.

“When the financial markets started losing confidence in the credibility of sovereign debt, Greece and the euro have taken center stage, but the effects are liable to be felt worldwide,” Soros said.___

so when again consider H4 bull rally need onlu 1 candle close for the possible retracement min 5:05 hour time to have a more clear idea for some clearer retracement down before the final decision , not today though . and ranging 1.2152/39...
In H1 after buy signal & setup at the same time it retraces negligible so far & perhaps wants more & price now just below the 200ma .may take a break at tl 1.2065 also to 1.2011 support level .

At the same time h4 just started the 9th of sell set up candle , should ideally close at & above 1.2085 & must close above 1.2057 to become valid & now going up 1.2092. usually this 9th candle range to the dowside & close up , so it can down again from whatever top it go and next go up close above , still lots of time it close 3:25 min left beyond my time to watch though .

Have shorts at the top now with sl just above 1.2153 with tp open & not close before enough down or hit sl.

I have gone short 2 hours agon and moved SL to break even.
I need to improve a little my system when the market is choppy like it was this week. It does great in trend trading... but not in choppy markets.
I'm considering moving earlier to BE... like i did now, to protect trades sooner when the market is choppy.

Bigger picture I see the EUR still down due to sovereign debt concerns and crisis of confidence in the EUR. I also see it down since it helps for export which helps to restart economic growth. And trendlines and longterm EMAs clearly point do a downwards trend.

So for now I only trade short.

Its my turn, week before last you were the guy on the other side of my trades, last week we seemed pretty even, now this week has been good so far, lets see what happens next week. geographically I think we are neighbor's. What has been working for me is just watching pa move. see who is more pissed off the bull or the bear. the bear will win but the bull is looking for to make his line in the sand. I am sure we will see that all time 50 but I think that 2154 is what the bull is looking for. good luck
