in the old simple making back test i have only one loose in one year with the original setting, using the "safe" setting (130 stop loss, 22tp 14 trailing) i have no loose. i follow the setting you indicated in the first page.

I've try this new version and the result are the same but i see that you have removed this safe setting from the first page.

is there a reason for this?

SMA10/SMA197 diverge and STO trend in hourly is start down.

This night, i play with sma16 and sma197, same last night, i SELL.

Sorry for taking so long to get back. I don't understand.
My trade was placed 1:40 at 1.44463 and hit SL at 15:34 at 1.45663.
How did you get +22?

Assuming that we wanted to replace v9 with the new version, is it as simple as uploading one of the set files? Seems like the two order set is closest to the old v9 T/P and S/L amounts, but wouldn't that double the risk unless we cut the MM risk % in half?

You can modify the settings to the safer settings and then save your new version
as a new .set file.

Here are the safe settings:
TP1 14, TP2 50, SL 130, TSL 14

The 2 order .set file is exactly the same as the old v9 you can modify the
MM % risk as you want it then save the new .set file.

My v4a traded at 1:40 1.44453 and hit TSL at 2:16 1.44232 +22 and I
think yours should have done something similar!

Did you reload the settings after the trade started?

Did you reload the settings after the trade started?
Not that I recall. Mine did do something similar. It went in at 63 rather than 53. I reset #3 but not #1.

If yours started at 63 then it should have closed in profit for sure!

Well, it didn't. It closed with a $60 loss. .05 lot. The SL & TP were broker registered. Even if my computer went down during the night, the TP & SL still should have been the same. What happened? Please? I don't understand.

But, if your connection went down the TSL would not work and it was TSL that closed the trade!

Do you have Trailing Stop Loss in place? That's what most important

protection.

Geo I have a question.. Version 4a any different? I mean, if I just

set Tokyo EA with 1 trade and change MA 10 to MA 16 (TP and SL and TSL

to the

same settings as in V4a ) that should be the same thing, right? Thanks
