The last several weeks have really been a dead period for the bulls. We came down from 1.3600 to 1.1900 in less than 2 months! That was a more rapid deteoration the fall from Dec/2009 - March/2010. Whatever bulls remain have been beaten to a pulp. The big question now becomes at what point do bears start becoming bulls? Or does euro drop below parity???

Also not quite related, but kind of fitting in with the improvement in risk sentiment, a very good entry for longs in AUD with target1 at .8350 and longer term at at .87

Generally, Asia is a follower. Dow and SP500 are closing positive. Means positive for EU until some bad news come. London is different. It could act opposite of NY. I think if we can go to lower than 1.1921 before Tokyo open, it will be a nice H&S that asian session will enjoy to trade, even NY were positive.

In trading, everything is possible.

Still no SL fixed to my short 1.1936. I was at 21 pips drawdown ad i'm now at 7 pips negative after green color.

Gold does have perceptional value. A bit of an illusion from the past. Does all gold come from the ground these days?

it dont matter who buys trillions of dollars worth of euros.. the market is controlled mostly by commerce.. are you or your buddy's buying a beamer or any sham wows today? a trillian is a lot of coins.. even for the u.s. government.. we got a 3 trillion plus market a day. most of that is the eu... as long as euro is higher then the aud its overpriced..

If anyone's interested...I've gotten a couple PMs asking how to calculate S/R. no biggie but I figured I'd just post it here too for anyone else that didn't have it typed up.

SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE CALCULATION

HIGH POINT = YESTERDAYS HIGH
PIVOT PRICE = YESTERDAYS MID PRICE POINT
LOW POINT = YESTERDAYS LOW
R= RESISTANCE
S = SUPPORT
P = PIVOT

PIVOT = (HIGH POINT+LOW POINT+CLOSE POINT)/3

RANGE = HIGH POINT MINUS LOW POINT

1ST RESISTANCE: PIVOT + (PIVOT MINUS LOW)

2ND RESISTANCE: PIVOT + RANGE

3RD RESISTANCE: 1R + RANGE

1ST SUPPORT: PIVOT MINUS (HIGH MINUS PIVOT)

2ND SUPPORT: PIVOT MINUS RANGE

3RD SUPPORT: 1S MINUS RANGE
