well guys: Divergence with price and Cot

I see the euro still dropping this week:

I think the French Pres may have put up a fire break at 1.7

but we are now in a place of Divergence with price and Cot.
and vol is dropping on the weekly chart as price is dropping at the same time.

The big boys are 25% less short on the Eur/Usd in the last two weeks.
I can not wait to see next fridays report I think the big boys got rid of a lot in the NFP.

I find with euro we see the revesral on the 2nd Divergence.

I think the run is coming to an end, but not just yet.

We had a lot of shorts closed in NFP
and price dropped on very low vol after,

Thanks for the reply , actually other than nfp & total bull failure it was impossible to predict such massive down & nfp as always does not obey technicals and why greedy it could be opposite too .keeping position during it is greedy in nature for all . when something can't be done with normal behaviours such disasters do come & make easy whatever the datas be there , get an alliby.

wish this teaching will last forever & success all the time .

short term 5M shows something interesting. I think it will test 1.2080 and drop to 1.17. I'll be looking for next entry there.

in the longer term yes/maybe (if they survive).. and with a lower euro exports will pick up. but atm ez cost have gone up in commodities to make the exports. so its a negative euro wash.. so even if commodities do fall like they have last week. they are not falling thus far as fast as euro has. so the cost for Germany to produce a finished products. has gone up in the recent past, since euro drop. its costing them more to produce the same product and they are selling it for less usd. in this process u.s. deficit reduces verses German imports. the wash may equal out eventually when/if commodities fall enough. but if they do fall euro goes lower too. but at that point German exporters who are making less profit on each finished product may be already out of business. with commodities dropping at a slower pace then euro may push euro exports to be priced higher. then a blanket statement suggest.. mainly because they are losing market share in the double digits to Asia as the above process works,

there's no blanket statement that will fit all the variables.

so here is a few facts. not opinion.

ez has lost u.s. market share in the double digits since 2008.

China has yet to float its currency.

S. Korea has added market share to u.s. auto imports. taken it away from Germany and japan. According to JD Powers quality is high.. According to price Germany will have a harder time competing.

Germany lost its #1 exporting tittle. China took it.

U.S. employment is about 9.7. People without a job spend less. Those with a job spend less in uncertain economic times. (save more)
unemployed younger workers are staying home with mom and dad. Mom and dad have less money with the added cost (buying nachos for the 27 year fat kid playing videos in the basement) to buy beamers. Sprinkle in some gulf coast oil and volcanic ash to take the place of the dust bowl.


With all the above negative things. Germany is the strongest economy in Europe..

How long can Germany support the 15 other countries? German cities are broke. In these broke cities combined you have a population equal to some of the ezu member countries. A broke country within Germany.

i haven't even touched the banking problems.

i haven't even touched the China incentive to break Germany. As we allowed them to do in the u.s.

Dont be surprised if in these small countries with the commodity contracts with china. Start being small militarily out post. It may start casual like in Africa to protect a pipeline or pirate attacks. just after some big international incident will take place where civilians are killed.

but before the straight jacket comes out..think about poor Billy Mitchel and:

Guess whose buying all the commodities? Guess whose Military has increased 10 fold in recent years? Who bought all of Russia's surplus aircraft carriers ect. Who makes a mean little fighter.

just in case bubble pops in china. and rocks are thrown. to stay in power you need misdirection.

its funny i pointed out the event before it happened on my chart. you getting touchy lately.. still holding that 1.4 long?. Charts mean a lot if you know how to interpret them. But i agree they mean nothing if you don't know how to read them.

Yes bearish divergences are swarming on h1 h4 almost every single one of it . mom. rsi, sto, macd....I expected a downfall but not like this and so strong. NFP less then expected numbers blew a backwind to US. Last time when it came out better than expected, it drove the stock market higher. That was a demand for higher risk assets.

Risk aversion is currently in play.The futures Committment of Traders bet on the demise of the Euro because of Greece,Spain and other . If Greece gets bailed out eventually, then they will have to cover. That would propel EU higher..

i suggest you turn down the media and pull up a chart. then see who is really doing the spending since ole abe. Its not who many believe. 40 year chart will be enough. You could also pull up a dow one. Reality and perception are not always the same thing. Charts dont lie, people do.

Nice chart , yes there is a bull sitting in the monthly chart.
Rcently no bull worked whatsover by technicals ,market simply killed them all & nourishing only bear and nobody knows how long it be continued .

Just checking charts with patterns ,in each & every tf the bull only there but totally ignored & not worked to even a bit . just see h4 .
let the bear die first , bull will be nourished automatically .

Speaking at the end of the G-20 meeting in Busan, South Korea, Osborne said the troubles in the euro zone were a focus of discussions at the meeting but that "there was no explicit discussion of the level of the euro."

In weekly the bear still actively doing it's job . may be to 161.8% fib extension 1.0746.

I think the euro nation is going to try and the hold the line at 1.7
(so 1.6 will be the very lowest bounce off very very strong S.)

but lets see what really happens... lol ... lol
germany and france will have to do something
and their plans must me in place now,
to hold the line at 1.6 to 1.7 area
