For me, it would depend on how "well" you're in profit..my only trades that I'm going to leave open have stops up above 2300(in profit).
You could also close half and let the rest run..this is the best of both worlds really.

edit: if you take the latter option, at least buy your stop but if you're in good profit..maybe take a little more. so if you're stop is 50 pips and your up 200 pips @ $1.00 per pip..buy 50 dollars worth of profit and then maybe leave your stop alone

i never talked about this pair in 6 weeks or so.. and never put a zero on it.

That's why I hate brokers without hedge available..

When FXCM shut connection down for few hours I wend down for

2k+ and was able to cut loss to -200, but, if I hold longer would be

even in profit.. FXCM is horrible..

we are in a risk aversion state! just look at the last wedge was broken today.

Dow Jones Ind. closed in the trough - 3.2 % and Euro will see a daily closing at Chicago IMM aprox. between Daily Sup 2 and Daily Sup 3 - and half way between Weekly Sup 1 and Weekly Sup 2 ...

but still above it's Monthly Sup 1 ...

Just to mention it a bit more hopeful for our all of those members who still feel long for it - the SINGLE CURRENCY ...

I think Europe can live with it - the real problems are at another part and theme-park looming - and this will be an issue for all of us ...

As major currency no. 1 - the PRINCIPAL for theme-park concerning the health of all national economies all over the WORLD - this is pure WORK

But WORK in a much more fair conditions of course

Europe can live with it - as USA could live with a lower US-Dollar quite nice as well within the last times - and this are all natural cycles overall - nothing much to be too much surprised about also

dude, aint gont be no 14k, try 7k next stop for this train...........there just isnt enough strength in the world economy to support those levels. Just get out a globe, start at australia and go around each major economic country and ask yourself "what state are they in?", then do the math.....

I would close the position and take the loss. At least you can come back other day and gradually and slowly get back your loss...

I will try to fund my account as much as possible to safe my Forex life.

Right now Dead level are 1.166
i will try to reduce it 1.120

please Advice Euro not touch 1.120 ???

I agree that there will be a target for 14k dow, but not until we get closer to Nov elections. TARP$ in waiting to dump into the market at the right time to make the administration look good. We're closer to parity than 14k right now.
