The smartest remark I heard all day. We all know they are a bunch of munipulaters for the NWO. I hear more truth standing behind a donkeys azz then them.... lol ... They are all full of hot putrid air. - EU probably wants to go even lower. IMO

yes, options are good plays. I'm trying to learn more about them now, I'm actually looking at some options on some smaller oil drilling companies atm for december options. i started with a few hundred bucks when I was about 15 lol with some Christmas money, bought stock in a company that was the first to produce a certain type of computerized thermal imaging to detect breast cancer. bought @ .17 cents, sold @ 8 bucks. made a killing on that first one and have just bought a few stocks and sold every few years since..slowly but surely

June 4 (Bloomberg) -- Pacific Investment Management Co.’s Bill Gross said Treasuries are the premier holdings for fixed- income investors with the U.S. economy failing to produce private sector jobs and Europe’s sovereign-debt crisis threatening the region’s banking sector.

“The U.S. is the least dirty shirt,” Gross said during a radio interview today on Bloomberg Surveillance with Tom Keene. “The world is full of dirty shirts in terms of excessive debt, and the United States is one of those countries, but it still remains the reserve currency and still remains the flight to quality haven.”

Gross, Pimco’s co-chief investment officer and manager of the world’s biggest bond fund, said Treasuries in the 5- to 10- year range and 30-year debt has become “the focus for us.” He boosted his fund’s investment in U.S. government-related debt in April to the highest level in five months. The increase came even after Gross said in March that “bonds have seen their best days” during a separate Bloomberg Radio interview.

I think near term (June) if things doesn't get to ugly we could see a retest of 1.215 or USX 86. former support turns resistance.

just an opinion. I won't take any long positions like I said all week.

may be a bull wedge; but less than 2 hours to close on a friday like this?........ all bets are off - for me; I'm all out - in cash position including one I've held since April. I've closed my platform so I don't do anything f#cking stupid and will wait until Sunday to do............... something stupid -

I love options on etfs that expire longer term like 1 yr out.........Ive been the most successful with those rather than stocks. You can make a lot on those plays if you get a good premium.

I dont touch mining or drilling companies with a ten foot pole-----way too much risk involved regarding safety of extraction methods.....were just seeing that now. look at bp and massey freaking disasters! and i say to myself, whos next?

There is a decent lonely bear on market who wants stubbornly EU lower.

Looks like missing power but might make just look like that.

Well, hedge at the bottom, whoooaa....nice range.

I will keep researching them, the same friend that I helped get out of the his blue chip stuff is the one whos helping me understand the options..
heck yeah mining is risky, i took a hit this week about 15 percent down on the Canadian one that I'm holding
