I also a frequent user of hedge...mostly when I get confuse where is the price direction...rather than floating with negative pips only, why not one is floating with negative and the other is floating with positive pips...

Then when the price is right, just close the positive pips and get another martingale for the -ve pips...

that just my opinion.....

More likely it's actually 6th top already.. If not coming Friday,

I'd Long EUR now.. NO problem will wait till tomorrow..

Maybe they'll dump 100 pips first and then ECB/SNB click

that button, plus profit taken and short covering..

I can smell Dollar dumping, if Numbers are good enough..

tomorrow should be a great day for the dow. I do expect a drop in the euro when it is announced.

is it enough to give us a close at the low to test 1.1980 tomorow!??
i guess yessss, even a sharp correction tomorow to 1.2260 area will be a perfect chance to sell again for a new year low.. i guess

I know your bias, but don't follow the dollar dumping idea. Touted NFP numbers are to be good, despite the govt manipulation of the numbers + census employees: should be good for dollar. News for Euro is still bad, and gets worse every peel of the onion.

So why do you feel like the dollar is going to take a hit tomorrow?

I´m not that conspiracy about that centralbank thing, but i agree, good numbers could trigger massive shortcovering on the overcrowded shortside, when everyone is anticipating-focusing on the breakdown..

Anyway the ppl I have been learning from are all full time traders and they organize seminars all over Balcan and Russia .In fact the first seminar I have ever attended was organized by the CEO of my brokers company. Some of my friends are living in Indonesia and we have been attending a lot of specialized webinars.

Maybe ur brokers doesnt allow hedging. Ill be glad to teach u some lessons if u come visit us.

Thanks, Tudor. That tidbit put in perspective for me. If true, could be an exellent opportunity to short from a much better level. The 50 fib will be solidly pierced tomorrow, making it much easier to pass the next time. There still isn't a legitimate fundamental reason for the euro to improve, other than short covering/profit taking/repositioning.
