Never said we said we won't move further south afterwards, I just don't think we're ready to drop yet. If you didn't agree, I don't think you would have mentioned your interest at 2440-50. My interest will be at about 2460-70.

3000 points is not a big break ?
do you thing the trend has changed because of 200 pips upside ?

As a post mortem review, and I missed this spike upwards, I just wish to understand from all who opened position in anticipation and took full advantage of the spike.

1) What made you opened a position at the 1.22xx level?
2) How did you decide on which direction it will go - long or short?

have a eu short @2471
- fibo 61.8 from 20th high (M30)
- and also same point movement from lows 1st mov , (268 = 1.22033 + 268 = 1.25974-1.23393 from 20th)

I like setups like these...the SL is small and the potential for the trade to go into profit is high. However whenever I enter trades like this the damn thing breaks out. I didnt enter this trade so maybe for your case it will go your way lol!

I'm very interested in this also. I was short targeting 1.2144 when this spike happened.

Does it have anyting to do with China saying it remains a long term investor in Europe?

I moved the SL to 1.23610 after it moved 10 pips in my favor shortly after heh
