Do yourself a favor. Look for Bearish patterns in a downtrend and bullish ones in an uptrend. Also, ones that coincide with trendlines, channels, and/or support and resistance will most likely not fail. If you're just drawing them on a chart (or using ZUP) it's honestly just pretty random and their failure rates are much higher.
