Anyone with a prediction of a GAP when the market reopens in 7 hours time? If so...which direction will it be?

Small (30 pip or less) gaps in favor of the USD and JPY.

On the EURUSD though, probably nothing worth noting.

Question... with Monday being a EUR bank holiday, wouldn't this be a great time for people wanting to reestablish shorts to do so and push the market to new lows without fear of ECB intervention... or do those guys really take a holiday?

Although main land eur is on holiday,here in England it's a normal monday.
and they handle about 35% of all fx trades so hard to say what will happen.
Thinking back to other time's when this happened,some where as if nothing was any different,but other time's it was quite dead.

If they want to intervene, they just will.

But the ECB already did their little stunt last week. I'm not saying that they won't do continue, just that it would be more of a surprise if they did.

The market has deeper pockets than any central bank does anyways so they can do a little stunt like last week's but that only lasts so long.

Yes,I got it all back. They didn't execute those orders and rebuild my account to the state I was before.Took only 3 sleepless nights.

There has been talk of speculators pulling off a bigger feat than George Soros did to the BOE. Might be rumor... but rumors move the market as well.

What Market? Few scalpers don't make a weather.. Central Banks

in Cooperation can do anything. Feds don't like high Dollar as well,

so exchange money under the table and sell it to each other on Open Market

can easily set the Currency price. ECB get pissed below 1.22

I don't think we going to see such exchange rate again..

Sorry, off topic but I need help....
form friday afternoon my platform is not giving me the option to open a instant execution order, is missing the yellow Execute button .....

I try to change the lot size , I uninstall the platform and install a new one and still nothing has changed...

did anybody has similar problem and how can I fix it...

high probability that your broker is closed and will not allow order executions while they are shut down; be it demo or real. One needs to wait until broker opens from the weekend to execute a trade.

There lies the central conundrum to the 'gap' debate.

No , that happened when my broker was open, and the demo account is form another broker... so I think is something on my computer and I dont know what and how to fix the problem

Of course not. 5 Pips + Spread= Stop, 10Pips Take Profit. Seldom that I wait so long - either direction

Stop means your Stop Order gets filled the NEXT executable quote.

Airbag is from broker and activates if margin is below 50% of your position.
That's fine for me.

On a normal account you can lose more than you have on your account.

Therefore I recommend not to grow the trading account too much.
Withdraw the profits - take your hard earned money out and trade with casino money!

Central banks can do anything. But they can do anything for only so long.

If central banks could do anything permanently, the Japanese wouldn't be intervening on their currency like it was a bodily function.
