1.2553 is the last station from a special math approach that we have implemented in our systems. This is the point which decides if come back or not.

had some dealings with asian desk. most were already net long usd for a long time. we were literally selling everything non-usd hedged with sgd longs and euro putty.

from what i can gather, profit taking is close.

To be hounest my dear - I would not long it here and now - next to an important resistance point anymore. Not a good strategy - I would like to say. Excuse for that...

I suggest - let the dust settle at first and think about from a little distance. The main move has had it's energy starting point much lower. Only a few were lucky today and longed it earlier - when we discussed that - and were prepaired - that it could pop up soon - when break point was 2445 area ...

Forget it now ! ! !

Overall trend is still down. This is just suckers rally untill about 1.2675.
Then down again.

Hheerrmmm,,, the short covering of the eur/usd (+ the bounce from the all time 50% retracement) and especially the short covering of euro crosses like eur/aud,, eur/cad, eur/nzd etc... basically they're hedging their positions... up 2 a certain point (1.27-.28-.30 who knows),, then it'll come down again 2 around 1.18-.22-.23.. methinks,,
