I'm trying to backtest it but I keep getting the following error;

I'm using the broker TDFX.

I'm using the broker TDFX.
I believe TDFX are a 4 digit broker but the prices they quote are 5 digit, so the EA sends a 5 digit order which is rejected by the broker.

Try asking TDFX to change your account to 5 digit, forex.com did this for me when I wanted to use their demo account for longer term testing!

To make sure anyone do not make mistake about the time frame and symbol.

Same thing for symbol()

If this overlaps with ordersend function!

No trading for me.. Got Internet connection down today again

not due to the broker.. Get involved in EU, while huge Intervention..

Now trying trade out of wrong trades.. As soon as I finish this

mission I'll comeback to run EA daily as usual.. Now need margin

to stick with 1 pair only..

I didn't use the v4a version coz the trades took place before i got back into this thread..

One question though, the loss on the EA's last trade on your MT4 live stat, was it from the decision of v4 or v4a??

Hi,

Appreciate it if anyone would help me with this question on V7?
When EA put in 2 orders and I want both orders to close at the same time upon reaching 22pips ( do not want 2nd order to trail if price still move on), can I do this:

Set TP1 to 22, TP2=22 , SL =140 Trailing Stop = False, will it work?

The loss was on v4 this is what prompted me to take a fresh look at it and modify it to v4a.
