I can say, that there are successful traders using different timeframes, short ones works for me

Lets say, you can use 1min timeframe to spot optimal sell/buy and keep it for 4hr or a day......it just that we have different exit points.
They think they are smarter than I am.

I'm not talking about successful traders, but the most successful traders. I'm not suggesting longterm trading is superior for everyone, just that it isn't necessarily inferior.

There's no reason to start a rumble in the street.

A successful trader is one who enjoys his lifestyle and pays his bills. Whether that means you enjoy sitting in front of the PC watching 1 and 5 minute charts, entering and exiting; or dedicating as little time as possible and holding trades for longer periods on daily and monthly charts.

The path is different for everyone.....the point is the end result.

I know many short term traders who make a very good living, AND I also know several long term traders who are just as successful. The gauge of success isn't always how many articles have been written about you.

Trading isn't a competition of who does better than whom, it's a job like any other. Treat it like a business, make sound decisions, and you will profit.

Probably one of the best posts I have read here. I might add that until you are truly comfortable with how you trade it is very hard to make money. Know yourself and know your style.

Yep, EurAud and most importantly EurNzd.

Collected yet another 700 pip day from those two pairs. I've been keeping my eye on AudNzd but it's having problems breaking 1.23.

be very careful of your trades till we get a confirmation of downside, my chart says this happens if we manage to close below 2329 on the 4H.

When/If we do well, lets say all this correction has done till now is make sure we have a lot of room on the downside when confirmation comes.

I am still holding 2 positions on it for 8109 and a possible complete break to 0.7705 and then to 0.7304.

All the Aud pair on 1H have nice strong candles at the moment. Placed another buystop on EurNzd
