I grab some on pushes and get out; and typically lesson market exposure as the ATR levels rise.

I just gave the market back the money I made its no mans land today. I think I am done for today. I will trade asain session, much easier, US will unload their eur longs so tonight it will be a bear than same story buy up when eur session opens

There are brokers who provide DOW and S&P through MT4 demos.
Try FxPro or Broco.

Open your market watch (symbol list) right click and make sure you "show all". Scroll down and DOW is listed as YMMO.(June 2010 mini-sized DOW).
