If your broker is not professional, then chose another one, it's not like there was no alternatives... you kick a tree and 10 brokers will fall down

My 2 preferred brokers: Oanda and Interactive Brokers (IB), but IB have a 10K minimum to open an account when Oanda have no minimum.
Getting it right is NOT as important as not getting it wrong.
