If anyone is intrested Iam long from 1.4310 ....looking for 1.4493 ish....target....volume low so she may fade here....

This one was a breakout of the trendline red line...

It maybe possible to code a EA to trade trendline breaks....May have to think about that one..

I think i realised that why my EA was not firing these 2 days. I had MM set True, and since i also do manual trade, and was overexposed (huge) on a couple of positions (GBPUSD). This prevent my EA from firing? Had cleared most of my position except 1.

On this chart above (Calstock) I see a well formed chart pattern: a double bottom "W" - approximately at 1.4364 we can see a nice breakout up !

As this is a EA thread...the chart is a illustration....however as i have been pick up on the chart....the definition of a trendline is a positive/negative slope formed by connecting two or more high/low points...

I don't know how much I am betting on a wrong horse here but I believe what I am told.
1) ECB is doing stealth operations through SNB and propping up the EUR
2) CBs were main player yesterday and will become so increasingly in the future, that means spikes of more than 100 pips are becoming the norm of the future
3) Pimco will clear it's books from any european asset (WHOW!!!!)


If all of the above is only true to a 50% extent my suggestions are the following:

1) Any trading strategy for Asian session should focus on trades which are to close in the same session because at the start of the European session the gameplan may change very quickly
2) Any ea covering EUR must adapt the fact that from here on EUR/USD is an intervention currency like the JPY was for 10 years plus (note the difference that BOJ sold JPY to support japanese exporters, the ECB will need to buy EUR for the sake of a somehow orderly decline versus the USD)
3) There are not many freely tradable currency pairs left........

Anyone agreeing on the above here?

I don't know what they are bluffing about, but EUR at 1.23?

Undervalued? Hmm, compare to 0.89 back in 2001 it looks high

still and btw, Europeans now enjoying Lower EUR, as Germany exports

booming.. Remember "Strong Dollar Policy" while dollar was collapsing?

Same thing here, EUR still valued OK to USD, no need to keep buying

it.. Intervention never helped for long.. JPY is all different story, different

size (VOL) currency, easier to manipulate..

EUR going to go back down there in 2-3 days, when Merkel lose

last panties selling Gold and buying Euros..
