Sostratos FX Daily Strategy: Sell EURUSD: Entry: 1.22540, Target: 1.19190, Stop Loss: 1.23040

This is from last night but still valid. 2268 maybe a better place to enter short. I was going to take a quick long here but my 5min chart told me noo its a double top, so will wait till double top is either invalidated or till we are 2188, otherwise short from 2268 area.

Dollar will be okay. Ben met with Chuck Norris and The Most Interesting Man in the World today on how to handle things. Chuck said he's got the dollars back. So sell the euro!!!

The existence of Euro is already wrong from the first place. It seems it is valued in favor of stronger economic countries such as Germany and France. I pretty much can say Euro is just a repackage German Mark. The PIIGS was benefiting a lot b4 the crisis on this "Developed Country favored Currency". Now they are paying the price.

IMO, the Euro should have been spiting into 3 tiers to cater the different Economy size countries within the Eurozone. The is a huge different between Germany & Greece. and now neither of them is going to give in each other to solve the problem. Until ECB come out of a solid promising solution, I'll never park my money in Euro. They just simply fail.

EURO-DOLLAR: Closed in NY around $1.2208, off session lows of $1.2161
seen after the initial react to the announcement of a German ban of
short selling CDS, European bonds and 10 key banking stocks. Rate came
under fresh pressure into early Asia as market here took stock of the
overnight announcement. Aussie took the lead, dropping from $0.8638 to a
low of $0.8515, which prompted risk aversion trade taking euro-dollar to
fresh 4-year lows of $1.2143. Rate settled back around $1.2180 before
extending it recovery to $1.2225 as Asian equities pared early losses.
Rate dipped toward $1.2180 before recovering to $1.2220 ahead of the
European open, coming under renewed downside pressure that eased it back
to $1.2185. Rate currently seen pivoting $1.2200 in early European
dealing within a range of $1.2180/1.2225. Support $1.2185/75 ahead of
$1.2160 ($1.2162/61 76.4% $1.2143/1.2225-NY low respectively) ahead of
Asian base at $1.2143. Key tech support seen close behind at $1.2135
(50% $0.8228/1.6040, all time low/high). Offers $1.2225/35, more toward
$1.2250 ahead of $1.2275/80.

The fact that money is created out of thin air should be no surprise. When the government needs money it just makes it. How nice that would be if I could have my own money machine . Today I want a new car, shoes, clothes. I'll just print $100,000. Tomorrow I would like to put wood floors in the bedrooms. Lets print another $30k. Why not?
