EURUSD Supports Swamped
EURUSD Plunges Through Supports
Trend: Conditions remain bearish, as the Trend-Cycle model maintains a negative reading. The bear trend continues to plunge through supports with little difficulty. The Dynalibrium line remains aimed south, keeping the wind at the bear's back. From a trend perspective, only a move above the most recent notable reaction would spell some relief, and it's up at 1.3094.
Rhythm: The dominant 20-week nominal cycle (97-days from low to low) remains in its base phase, but prices have yet to respond. The cycle-adjusted momentum indicator - while oversold - is in a hard down position, leaving overall rhythm conditions with a bearish bias.
Structure: My preferred wave count has label action from the 1.3818 mid-March high as a developing diagonal triangle wave (v). But the more it extends lower from this point on, the less credibility that interpretation will have. The alternate count is actually the old count that labels the 1.3268 late March low as wave (v) of 1, with wave 2 up to 1.3692, and wave 3 working lower from there. It would reach equality with wave 1 at 1.1816. For now, the important support is at 1.2133, and only a sustained move through there would have me favoring the more bearish wave 3 interpretation. On the upside, only a move through 1.2766 (0.618 of 1.3094-1.2235) would bring up the possibility of wave v of (v) low in place

BULLET: EURO-DOLLAR: The pair is now trading at the low end..
EURO-DOLLAR: The pair is now trading at the low end of the morning's
range so far, now at $1.2381, off the $1.2374 low. Dealers say the going
has been slow in FX markets, with traders looking to opening of regional
stock markets for leads. Euro-dollar offers are said to be surrounding
the initial $1.2401 high, with bids now seen at $1.2300, just above the
overnight low of $1.2381, while stops are likely building below that,
dealers say.

I havent caught any eu shorts in the past couple days, just for the fact that im simply not gonna chase this pair....thats how you get burnt. My entries are as follows ranging from 2466-90 (.40 lots) stops for all lots 2544. Target is the 50 fib 2133 ( .8230-1.6036), I believe this fib will act as a magnet for shorts and im sure a bulk of profit taking will occur around that area. If one looks back at a weekly chart around 2004-05 and looks at the area 2460-2500 it seems to be a strong pivot area. Ideally a push up to there would be a great scenario for shorts, I just hope there are enough buyers to push it there given how strong this trend is. My entries are set....

i guess it wasn't up.. why would it be? japan is on its last leg too.. after euro its japans turn.. if you don't breed your gonna bleed. its how ponzi schemes work. you need fresh blood to keep it going. its not rocket science. neither has commodities and they don't breed... so you take it in a double shot. see you at the bottom..

oh i forgot.. both did have manufacturing.. but its slipping.. a weaker euro r whatever the new currency will be. will be the only savior. high unemployment makes this snowball pick up speed and grow.

You're right....Japan is next. They are unique in that they sell their bonds domestically, otherwise they would already be in deep shit......in fact they are already in deep shit, it's just that the rest of the world isn't looking.....yet.
