Good scalping day perhaps today , this bear flag is likely fail till test the tops. go anywhere I will take a bit of it.

wait to short where you closed the loser. i think we will bounce after 2133.. enter after it goes above original loser close. maybe 2419 ish 2382...... or by 1/10 position every 30/50 pips.. or each level on that chart. only risk 1-3 % of account total..

I'm not a breakout trader, I like to get in before a potential breakout. My 2316 short was intended to do that but I closed it on the support of 2260. I'll re-enter at a better price. I'm very anal on getting a great price, so breakout trading doesn't come naturally to me.

It's very uncharacteristic of me, and took unusual circumstances. It's not something that will happen again, at least not for multiple trades (mistakes will be made, occasionally).

I've recently tossed all my tech knowledge and because of the huge short bias I have been looking more at what I call psych levels

For example, today I was waiting for it to break the Lehman low, and I knew it would take off and it did (Just as it did when it broke the "Fat Finger Low" last week)

Since then it seems to be respecting whole numbers (which I call psych levels) and it seems to be working well.

Right now its trying to break 1.23 and on the lows it has come within a few pips of 1.225

Am I nuts in using this analysis, because nothing else seems to make much sense?

Let's see if i can grab something here based on my M5 stoch crossing down. My low for the day is 2233 and i think the gap will want to be filled. Short @ 2284

No fundamentals to drive it through, still EU can go to 2220 levels 2day. Consolidation bars are still in game, after that I expect bearish pattern to continue
