Probably the bounce will be from 1.22 level somewhere and it could take a month of consolidation

it may.. personally i have not traded forex during a possible major currency failure. and neither have those who post here.. so myself and them are full of shit. it could take a month or a day... or never.. i do know we sayed at 1.3xx for a long time... so this move may be faster then we think.. my lines on my charts are wider. indicating large moves.. we have broken a long time tl... if the cup becomes reality before getting there is an older tl at 1.24xx ish area. thats 1000 pips away... the cup completion is 7000 pips... but even above that there could be a double top 16000 pips away.. we were there before and its not impossible to be there again. 7000 pips on chf if equal move on eu puts eu at .5300 ish 16000 pips put eu at -3700...in an equal move.. none of know what will happen. including all the news services. they have been here either. neither has the gurus.. time will answer.. tick tock.

Those who have watched me the last 2 months know that this is not reliable technique but, it's worked and been accurate enough times to keep using. It's early days of development right now. I need to study the successes and failures points more, but private life rather hectic at the mo.

Easy to say in hindsight. I imagine he probably should've taken some off the table and/or moved up the stop, but I can't say for certain without knowing the reason and anaylsis of the trade. But to suggest he should close out the trade at +100 for the sake of it is silly.

A few times I've heard traders state that one can't go broke by taking a profit, but that's not true at all. We profit by minimising loss while maximising...
I've tested a method for a while with fixed stops and fixed profit targets (profit targets were twice as large as stops) that resulted in something like 95% losses. In my opinion, I think it would be better to use some sort of method of technical analysis to determine when to take your profit. Besides the numerical advantage of doing so, there's also a human factor advantage in knowing when to exit. It removes some uncertainty and makes you more comfortable with the situation.
