true deflation, but thats only when the government stops bailing everyone out. otherwise (hyper)inflation.

I don't know about "twilight" description.. time will tell.. Do you dispute the statistics or their importance?.. I think the things we need most will go up in price.. others may fall..

Well.. to all that think this is just a gold bubble.. sell it.. tomorrow.. You won't have a problem finding a buyer..

I don't know if it's going to be inflation or deflation or both.. I'm just preparing as best I can to take care of my family..

Keep an eye out for weekend rate meetings. Anything short of a rate hike (.25%) on the Dollar is unlikely. The devaluation of both currencies is needed for any controlled crash. We are next in line. When the shit hits the fan we all get dirty.

After the FED is through buying EURs, a rate hike should be their next option.

Crazy town---chew-chew---- next stop. The train is slowing, and it will soon be time to see our new home.

that chart i posted last night was a demo so it may be off a pip or so. but 42 was a mid between its levels....im sure it will be a little fight in the area. it jumped back in a little bear wedge from earlier.

but a controlled downfall may already be too late.

a cheap euro will make ez products cheaper to import to the Swiss. in consequence cripple the Swiss economy. Forcing them to devalue.

I don't understand macroeconomics as well as some of you guys, the way I see swiss getting weaker is basically because of the amount of euros that they've got to be holding by now. bring the euro down almost automatically will bring the swissy down no? I'm sure the swiss will come out in the end fine but I just see their currency taking a hit because of how many francs they've got invested in EZ.
(please someone elaborate or correct me if I'm wrong here)

I think you're over estimating their economy. It is small compared to EZ and centered in banking not industrial or manufacturing (except cheese and watches hehe ). Their main thing is banking. They don't need to export so much as countries that are tied to the euro's value.
