1.258/1.254 has been a good support on monthly chart, break there should take us to 1.22 as per ichi (further down if we see that)

EURO SUMMARY: Opened in early Europe around $1.2658
-- Euro-dollar opened Asia around session lows of $1.2611, the rate
having come under strong sell pressure late in the NY session as rate
sunk to $1.2616. Strong demand placed ahead of $1.2600 contained the
move and allowed rate to recover, triggering stops through $1.2650/60
that lifted rate on, in steps, to an eventual session high of $1.2669
ahead of the European open. Continued buying into Europe took rate to
$1.2681, but reported offers above $1.2680 countered. Rate dipped
back to the $1.2660/55 meeting Asian sovereign demand that buoyed
before lifting it back to $1.2684, the move aided as euro-yen broke
above Y118.50. Failure to push through the offers above $1.2680saw
rate ease lower as spec longs pared back, strong sales from a German
name taking the rate through $1.2660/55 and on to challenge support
ahead of $1.2600. Large stops tripped through $1.2590 took rate to an
eventual low of $1.2562. Rate remains heavy into NY trade, recovery
efforts holding shy of $1.2600.

maybe oil is overpriced. how much was oil at dow 14k? oil inventories are high.. when the Saudis say they are happy with the price it usually drops after.
meaning they know its overpriced. when oil and stocks go up together at some point oil will kill stocks.. because consumer cant afford it. that point is probably 85. then it all falls some.. they reload at a lower price and try again over and over... until we break the ceiling or fall through the floor.

What is the probability that support level of 1.2580/1.240 will not broken???

Odds are in favour of support breaking, 'when' is another matter.

They sure are trying to prop up government bonds with this illegal fund of theirs. So bounce can not be excluded, but overall I agree with your view that it is going to parity with USD & perhaps lower, who knows?

whats gonna be cool is if European stock markets go up as euro free falls.
a lower euro will help exports and may help stock markets. stocks represent brick and mortar business. the paper euro will be worth less.. when all is said and done ez may do better then thought atm.. the lower currency will help. but standard of living may hurt the citizens. it more then likely will be lower.

On h1, price action is bouncing off the downward sloping trendline perfectly. Lower channel also been created. Currently price is at the bottom of the channel so in the upcoming hours price will be bullish.
