Orders will be closed regardless, there is an automatic re-try on every cycle of the program.

Personally, I think it is better to use hide_targets false, this way the TP and SL are sent with the order, much safer!

Thank you for sharing this EA. I have added the performance in my watchlist on fxstat to monitor the changes each time i login .

At the moment, the system looks very healthy. However it’s just the beginning. I hope it will continue the same trend. The EA selects good spots to enter the market and uses 1:3.6 leverage on open positions which is very good.

Well done. Keep up the good staff.

I certainly can’t judge at this moment. Our Expert Advisor is been on test for a year during 2009 on demo account.

Since Jan 2010, we have started trading on live account. The results are still the same with stable and consistence return.

I can talk about your EA after I see at least 5-6 months results. Based on what I see on MT4live and fxstat performance, currently doing very well. However, is it going to keep it up in the next few months? I wish so. I will be the first who use it and will add it to our EA portfolio to trade on our real account .

Last night both V6 and V7adx take Long trade under MA

of on my setting.. Have to figure out why it took a trade long while

been below MA? Taking a Short would be more appropriate there.

Surprisingly Trades end up with about 30 pips profit

but it's kind of against the trend I would say..

Geo, any thoughts on that?

That is very strange, you have exactly the same start candle as mine but my v7 and v4 both made shorts!

The test on the SMA's both look at the slope, not being under or over, and both slopes were definitely down at that time!

Sdsarmad is your EA available, does it have it's own thread i could look at. Don't want to clutter this thread talking about another EA.

Hye Everyone,
I've been here quite a while but never post b4.. This is my 2nd..

One thing i want to ask here, can this EA trade using USD 1000 with 0.1 lot or 1.0 lot?? It traded with a 10000 of micro account, somehow it doesnt trade using USD1000..

Is it the built in MM?? Because if it's the MM, whether i change it to TRUE or FALSE, it doesnt trade at all.. And also with the USD 1000, there's no pivot line at all..

Can someone help me with this??

By slope I mean the difference in value of the SMA between the two candles before the start time!

I was asked to do a different version of the V7 EA that would place 3 orders instead of the normal 2 orders.

This version turned out to be very interesting so I have started a new thread:

Ohh, maybe that's why.. See that Red line right on the candle (23.00 GTM)

and it's higher than previous one, so basically

lets say (for example) trigger time 0.00, then candle 22.00 is lower than

candle 23.00

That's is why probably difference the between them would be positive.. And

value of MA 17 of 23.00 is Higher than 22.00, but that doesn't change the

fact that Candles still under the MA.

Yes of course, you use just the one 17 MA.

We don't look for the price being above or below the MA, that method produced too many losses, now we only look at the slope!

In V7 we also use a 10 SMA and 197 SMA to confirm the trend, both must agree, last night both these showed a downtrend between the 21:00 and 22:00 GMT cadles.

MM set to FALSE and should be false by default

I think it's crazy to trade 0.1 lot on micro, it's already like 0.01 of normal

lot. Set Lot size to 1.0

Make sure

MicroOdersAllowed =TRUE
MiniOrdersAllowed=TRUE

Try that.

Hi Geoff.

I knew nothing about forex 3 weeks ago.
I'm so glad I stumbled on this thread at the time and have learnt so much since then.
I'm been using all the versions on demo and this week started live, and loving it!
