that is complete bs

'they ' knew that eu bail out coming so they drop market in a shake out , blame it on a ghost trader and a ghost order that does not exist. and meanwhile LOADING up on longs like no tomorrow. Oh the games they play.

now es may even head back to 1160 to 1200 zone. already at 1145 after closing 1100 on Friday , pretty insane markets

Very nice to see you back, Mal.

I can always tell whether EURUSD is heavy on the bid or the offer from Malcolm's presence in, or absence from, this room.

Judging by the vocal nature of his posts today, I guess EURUSD is up strongly this morning.

I think you might be giving them too much credit. The DOW was already down 400 before the big drop. The rally in the US markets over the last three months shows lots of new money coming in. These are the people that got burned just a year ago buying at 12,000+ and losing 50% of their money in the blink of an eye. I'm thinking these people are all scared shitless entering the markets right now but can't stand watching the ship leave without them. I think scared money and EZ debt crises was more likely the catalyst. Doesn't take much to create mass panic. Its possible that a fund was dumping, but I doubt they foresaw the 1k drop. More likely a lack of liquidity caused by mass panic.

It's all uphill from here. The pivot low last week was a high probability. The shakeout came, but there's more to come.
This could be history in the making. USA, European Union, Britain, Canada, Switzerland coordinated action to shore up a currency. Don't forget china started buying euros since last year, to diversify away from US dollar. This is more than just a currency, this is the battle to prevent another global financial meltdown. They didn't see it coming last crisis, this time it's plastered over the headlines for weeks.
That gap is beautiful.,

Like I said before last week, what happened in Greece is just a taste of what's to come in USA.

P.S. and Malcolm, there is no doubt the market is manipulated, wherever there's big money there is manipulation. If you don't let that get into your head, then you will see the daily inside bar setup has played out perfect. 1.3150 and we will see London shake the market.

It's just a matter of when. As far as I'm concerned, last week was a glimpse of what is in store, the market showing its hand if you will.

Well I guess I got lucky here today. I'm up 276 pips on EURUSD. Glad I added to my longs before going to bed.

Looks like the move is just beginning...halfway there I should say.

I earned my money today...BUT please stop trying to short or to go countertrend long or short.

As long as European States buying this crap nothing will happen to go further south.
This market is insane right now.
I could imagine that stopping that buying begins at 1.33 to burn all shorties last week.
If so, fear of massive shorting is abandoned...at least some weeks.

But I have to admit: I am impressed, that these humpty bumpy EU-Ministers managed pushing Euro over 1.30 .

you need a lot of equity to do this.... or you trade micro. I wouldnt do that with 100k or even 50k. I doubt that we gona see their entry again for some time 3000 should provide some bounce and entry at psych number could provide some pips. € is on steroids right now shame I closed my longs from 2955 and 2983. On my chart next stop will be 3090 and 3115, should we go there without a retrace I wont participate.
