haha calling 60 pip moves within 20 minutes.. i win

I went short as soon as it broke 50... somehow.. it entered at 42 in the blink of an eye and.. 10 pips lower than it should have.. I was down 10 pips in a fraction of a second.. I checked the spread right afterward, they were ~3 pips as usual.. something is wrong here with FXCM..

I dont think they can just leave....or be kicked out. Just imagine how long that process would be. By then, eu would be down to parity or below....If eu gets dissovled it will be a long, time and money consuming process all while citizens are paying down sovereign debt!! Those countries are.......

FRANKFURT (Dow Jones)-A group of German academics seeking to derail Berlin's EUR22.4 billion contribution to a Greek rescue plan Friday filed a constitutional complaint before Germany's highest court.
The complaint seeks an injunction against payment of Germany's share of the EUR80 billion that euro-zone countries have pledged in loans to Greece over the next three years.
Germany's Federal Constitutional Court, based in Karlsruhe, confirmed the receipt of the complaint.
"The judges of the [court's] senate will assess the complaint in due time," a spokeswoman said, adding that the plaintiffs had sought a fast-track procedure.
Germany's lower house commissioned public law Professor Franz Mayer of Bielefeld University, who had previously represented the Deutscher Bundestag in a complaint against the European Union's Lisbon treaty.
Angela Merkel's government will also be represented by an expert, but hasn't yet decided who to send, a spokesman for the justice ministry said.
"I am sure that the constitutional court is aware of its responsibility," the Prime Minister of the state of Hesse, Christian Democrat Roland Koch, told German business daily Handelsblatt. "The constitutional law doesn't prohibit help to other states."
Meanwhile, the statutes of the euro zone feature a no-bailout clause, which is at the heart of the matter.
Karl Albrecht Schachtschneider, a retired University of Nuremberg law professor and an expert on the constitutional court, said prior to the filing he believes that the Greek aid package is in clear violation of European treaties and the German constitution and sees a chance of convincing the court this time.
Working with him are economics professors Wilhelm Hankel, Wilhelm Noelling and Joachim Starbatty. Noelling is a one-time governor of the Bundesbank, Germany's central bank. The same foursome were behind the ill-fated legal challenge 12 years ago.
Any injunction would take the form of a court order to refrain from a disputed action until a final decision has been made on the complaint, without providing a time-frame for the final decision.
"It is about the stability of the currency as the foundation of the monetary union and therefore also the economic and social fate of all citizens in the monetary union," the group said in a statement Thursday.
The group of professors said their case focuses on aid as a transfer from rich countries to poorer countries, which would require a federal EU. But such a federal EU has no legal basis in either EU or German law.
"A bottomless pit has been opened," Joachim Starbatty, a retired economics professor from the University of Tuebingen and a member of the group, said.
