Looking to re-enter short. Possible tgs on fibo levels of the fall and red trendline.

What makes this so hard is everything from the 129.85 and down is only news driven that's it but the way Europe is now I would not count on a retrace anytime soon

The police were put on a "general state of alert" to deal with the clashes after three people died in a bank that was firebombed on the margins of the demonstrations. The country is paralyzed by a nationwide general strike.

Great short! Congratulations!

Well, you will do what you think is best, of coursr. I can tell you what I'm doing, though.

I have pivot points and as price breaks some significant level (pivot point, S/R line...) I move SL downwards and set it just a few pips above it. For example, my current SL is set just a few pips above todays M1 pivot point.

Note: Be careful with breaking levels since what usually happens is that price breaks it but then retest it from the bottom side. Not allways, but you have to be sure that break is really finished.

As you can see, when it broke S1 (a few minutes ago) it didn't retest...but now, on M1, it had a retest.

(Dow Jones)--The euro is tumbling fast, raising concerns that it could soon collapse against the dollar.

The 16-country currency has now shed around 1% against the dollar from its highest point of the day, leaving it at a fresh one-year low of $1.2809 by 1314 GMT as grim scenes of violent anti-austerity riots in Athens and a fresh threat of a debt downgrade to Portugal take their toll on investor confidence.

Further declines could push the euro below key technical levels of support and the situation may be exacerbated by a fresh wave of chart-watching short-term sellers, analysts warned. That would trigger a much quicker drop than the steady decline experienced lately.

"If it goes under $1.29, the chartists would go crazy, and there would be a lot of model selling," Hans Redeker, chief currency analyst at French bank BNP Paribas in London said before the currency's decline accelerated mid-way through Wednesday.

"I'm now afraid that the euro could drop even faster than mega-bears like us had assumed," he said, adding that he may lower his year-end target for the euro's rate against the dollar, to $1.20 or $1.15 from $1.27.

*L* and how are they supposed to do that? sell usd? when a lower euro is helping them? little inflation so far.. maybe they will save them bullets.. for the funeral.. or war chest..
