EURO-DOLLAR: George Davis, chief technical analyst at RBC Capital
Markets, says a monthly close in the euro below $1.3100 "would generate
a bearish long-term trend reversal" for the euro, which would then
target a move to the March 2009 low at $1.2459 and then the October 2008
low at $1.2329. For now, he is watching to see if the euro will close
below $1.3057, the 38.2% Fibonacci retracment of the 2000-2008 euro
advance (all-time lows to all-time highs). A monthly close below this
level would add to bearish sentiment, with the 50% retracement located
at $1.2135," he says. Rallies to resistance at $1.3185 and $1.3307
should attract euro sell interest. The euro needs to close above "the
descending channel top at $1.3464 in order to nullify our bearish view,"
Davis says.

With all the riots in Greece im going to keep my shorts open and I'm going long on banner/signs chain stores and riot supplies manufacturers lol

Anyone here is dealing in USD/JPY, am holding my shorts from the weekly high now and looking for a bigger dip. What do you guys have to say about it?

I'm going long here @ 1.3030.

If it goes down more I'll just avg. down. I dont care, I'm not getting stuck in a short at the bottom, Just like I wouldn't buy @ 1.50 or 1.60

The last time I did this was 2008 December. I was averaging short...I knew I was selling the high of the range on a large timeframe. Before I was done averaging....I was 1000 pips down in less then 2 weeks and my account broke. Moral of the story is...when pa goes down to lows of the year like right now..you never know when your going to hit bottom. I would refine that thought in bold....just my 2cents...
