could be, but could also just be the bounce from 3088 (3077), wait for the round number to short again wait till above 3214 for any thought on longs (safer once). Otherwise just listen to your itchy finger....

I just closed short for +40 pips wondering where to get back in for more down action or if bears are done for the day?

Well Guys, 3053 is 38.2 fibo level 0.8225 fro october 200 to july's 2008 high.
That would seem to be a support. We'll see.

Is this a case of trade the rumour?

A rumor that Spain will ask for 280 billion euros of aid money in order to deal with its debt is running in the past few hours in trade rooms. This is what’s bringing down the Euro.

Most likely will see retrace now, balanced buying and short covering on process atm.
There already was a big sell spike that did not bring this sucker down anymore.

Anything can happen though.

Looks like this one is going to reach 1.3055 daily S2 Pivot Point.
That would bring us to 156 todays range.

On the other hand, if these Spain rumors come out as true - we'll see an euro doom.
