I took a similar sell off on cable, not exactly a system trade but...

short around R1, close enough to .5400 psych level, also retest of yesterdays up trendline, stoch coming down from OB level...and yes, 70~80% of time we touch the PP at least once.

that was good for about 115 pips.

After big up 5th wave end then abc should unfold new cycle , here in eu should be down wave 1 , next 2 possibly failed to go up or wave 4 , then a 5th also assumed but again failed up big as of wave 2 up allegedly before & continued 5th wave as subwave 3 / again it will end in microscopic format ? that seems this time impossible to think like 2 instances before .
A good retracement only possible when 1-5th big waves down have end as only wave A down , that also seems extreme unlikely , very big a wave ?
So Wave 3 of 3 of 5th should continue down.

Check out purple fibo level. Market bounced from 38.2% together with the pitchfork central line and orange resistance trendline. I see a retest of 23.6 fibo level and more pressure to the downside targeting at least the bottom line of the pitchfork somewhere next week.
Sooner or later we'll be there, depending on the timing of news releases about EZ situation.
This is my humble opinion, hope it helps!

$eurusd market is all about risk aversion today. Everyone jumped on longs this morning and didn't break 1.3350. Expect shorts for the rest of day.

Price is currently near whole number s/r level 1.3250 and just touching an upwards trendline on the hr timeframe.

not to put a stop 2 your thought.. but i can count at least 3 hands here that missed that long. im not saying we didnt see it.. we just didnt take the chance
