My computer was on throughout the night and no refresh of the option or reload. NO hibernation. If it opened the trade it should have opened with the TP/SL. That is what i am very much surprised...
My Internet connection is more robust and is ADSL2. hence there won't be any network latency issues.
While we are waiting on the excellent manual traders to show up I'll tell you what I did. Nothing, bad mistake.
At the Tokyo open my 1H bar was well below the 10 SMA, but consolidation had set in. I considered entering a sell at the 23% retracement since I was about to eat dinner but was 4 bottles of Becks down and figured I wouldn't be back to manage it.
Entering the sell and going to bed would have worked or setting a sell at the 23fib would have been even better, I did neither. Oh well.
Beer makes the stop limit orders easier to enter but they never seem to be done correctly. Odd isn't it.
Yesterday BEFORE I turned on the EA I changed 2 settings, 1. to hide targets and 2. to show settings. When I woke up this AM I had to close out manually because the EA TP did not work. Both trades were the same amount. I changed nothing during the trade. What do you think happened?

No chance of a Microsoft update or virus checker update and restart?
Were you using the hide_targets option?
Most of you are probably already using this but if not, I would highly recommend it. Just pop it on to it's own chart (any pair, any TF) and when you lose connection, it will automatically try to reconnect you every however many seconds you specify in the input.
