That pullback might reach its target pretty soon (38.2 fib retrace from the last swing high move that was at 6pm GMT).

If so, we could go down further with the first target around @1.3100.

Have to wait and see.

good point .. but none of us have seen a major currency possibly fail before.

bailout could happen today perfectly and it will not change the fact that euro zone has high social cost. the cost go up with each clock tick. you got less workers to pay for the retired aging population. higher borowing cost only make matters worse. not only are they borrowing to keep todays retiring fed, but for the ones that have died years ago. its too late.

they are borrowing to pay yesterdays bill. with interest payments to pay the last interest payments. you dont pay one credit card bill with a new one. it just dont work paying interest only. they tried that it didnt work. the bill just keeps getting higher. imf will not loan greece a penny if the other credit rating companies down grade greece.

germany loves the weaker euro.. hell germany may be buying gold with plans to walk away..imf is buying gold..

rocks will be thrown. there has never been a time in european history that rocks were not thrown. this isnt the first time europe had a commoum currency. they fought then also. nothing the politicians have said since crises started turned out to be true. they dont want panic. be careful dont forget the shoe gold.
