A speech by the German Chancellor moving the market is like saying that the Governor of New Jersey causing a spike in the dollar. Merkel has no influence on exchange rates.

With respect I disagree. If Merkel had come out and said "Germany agrees to provide Greece with aid" or "Germany does not agree to provide Greece with aid" then the Euro would have moved.

if you honestly think all ez members paying higher interest rates for their bonds/bunds. will strengthen euro good bless ya. some rates will be as long as 30 years. broken down when the sheep realise they will pay for greece for thirty years the sheep may get pissed. let greece go under.. let the bank/loans fail.. its cheaper.. banks are funding the politicians to prevent this.. let the banks who loaned the bad debt eat it. then let the smaller banks take over the failed banks. problem solved.. the problem aint so big when you dont let the banks influence the politicians. big banks including the holders of bad greek debt in germany are about to have sheep sex. goldmen is a holder of bad greek debt also.. banks are funding the media feeding you all this bull shit.. this could surely affect the world st.. politicians should tell the truth across the world.. and have a plan to let another bank just step in.. even if it closes banks for a few days. the bandaid should be pulled. a lower euro will save the euro..but it may already be too late.

I am going short after they hit 1.3400 if 1 TF is indicator short then I will go for! This happen should be carry to Asian session to overnight.....

we have passed it 139 pips.. i may have to raise it. 139 on 11k isnt so bad, but if it goes much higher this one will be invalid.

You got that right.
The problem with Greece is the previous administration gave the banks almost 30billon euros to bail them out. Now the banks are hording the money, won't lend any and they along with the their crony politicians are trying to stick the bill to the masses. The greek banks can easily barrow money from the ECB at 1% interest but the government can't. They have to barrow at 4% or more. Does it make sense? Only for the banksters!

same thing with sub prime.. whos the fool? the guy who bought the million $ loan flipping burgers at micky D's or the guy who loaned him the money. you cant tell me banks are the victims.. if im gonna loan you cash im gonna check you out.. banking 101...

Yes, but the banks devised some nifty devices that allow them to still make money off of the guy who flips burgers at micky D's taking out the million dollar home loan.
