and make it 22 instead, if default SL is 22 then make it 25.

Give it some room for the spread..

I did a strategy testing with 300 SL ( I know it is very high ) and the results are excellent. see below for details.

I have marked the start time candle on your chart.

According to the Clock indicator with broker the same as GMT your settings should be GMToffset = 0 and Start_Time = 0.

When you view your MT4 platform if you click CTRL and Y together it will show you the Midnight line.

I agree, very good result but, theres always a but!

With 2 orders placed that's a potential 600 pips loss!

The stoploss I have chosen is a compromise!

I agree in every detail!

The spread can make or break any EA, to get round this to some extent in our EA I add the spread to the TP & SL so what you see is what you get!

But this doesn't get round the broker problem entirely, they can adjust the spread at will and often do, for instance, when the NFP sends the market crazy the spreads can often go through the roof!

Oh if only I could afford an ECN account!

1.just to clarify, if I am on a GMT+2 broker and set the gmt off set to 2 do I need to make any changes to the startime?（default is 1 for me) ,seeing quite a few starttime = 0 in past few page.

2. and for the risk setting, if u set the risk percentage do you still need to on/off the low/med/high/vhigh settings below it? Or they are unrelated stuff

3.I understand that trailing stops required metatrader to be connected. But in a case of a short disconnect, does the EA continue with the trailing stop if it get reconnected?

this is sort of a general question about EAs that use trailing stops, not only this

The good news is trading manually I got 144p last night (61p & 83p). The bad news is you cant watch TV very well and you have to stay up past 1AM to close. Lsat night was unusual I am sure but the night shift is looking better.

If you are on GMT+2 set GMToffset to 2 and set start time to 0.
Tokyo starts at 0:00 GMT, once you have compensated for the GMT offset you can set the start time to Tokyo start i.e. 0.

If you choose MM true then you must select Low, Med or High Risk, the manual Risk setting is only for VHigh Risk.

The trailing stop should continue after a disconnect but it is not 100% certain to do this.

Yes, I realized that I need to set my StartTime for Interbank FX to 23 to match your time after seeing your chart this AM. (I still made pips though) Thanks for your confirmation.
And, thanks for all your support to this entire thread!!
For the first time I feel hopeful on trading!
