  1. This pair reached a yearly low at 1.3201 which was also the 23.6 Fibo line on a long time frame. (38.2 = 1.3745)
  2. However, this price was rejected and rallied to 1.338 levels before closing at 1.3373.
  3. The rally was on rumors that Greece will activate the bailout package.
  4. Shorts are still in play as we are in a downtrend.
  5. Longs have hurdles to clear at 1.3386, 1.3587, 1.3699.
  6. If 1.32 is taken out again, expect to see another leg down to 1.3120, 1.3002. (0 = 1.2328)

I just dont understand it man i just dont understand why you want US to devaluate Skyzer... US has been running well with debts ever since what?? ever since the establishment of congress and how Keynesian economics run's in the US market.. that Government's intervention leads to economic growth, but then government's fund are actually accumulated in the debts, and yet countries lik Hong Kong, Thailand etc etc regard USD as a primary currency and Hong Kong's even got their currency linked with US so no matter what there will always be demand for USD...

Dude, why do you always talk shit ? Don't you tired yet ? Nobody cares about that - everyone does care about their profit and that's it. By the way how can you know all this shit you are talking about ? Do you work in US gov. ? or maybe you are just trading with $100 and having fun by posting in this forum every 10 mins ?

Not to mention he could be categorically wrong... apparently the 65bn bailout might not be enough for greece's debts, now EU will have to reconsider... and Look over the past what 6 months that this greece debt matter has been put into consideration EUR/USD dropped... not going up... and yea its gona be ANOTHER 6 more months before EURO zone reconsider a new bail out package for Greece when Germany and France just messed up badly their own data also...

So yea i just dont understand why people say Oh Euro shorters are going to burn... the fact is NO BODY knows whats gona happen. with US knowing a bail out is attempted for Greece, the first thing US would do is talk about its strategy against this... Bernanke is gona testify bout this on Tuesday guys...

Nice analysis , carry on good works . There may longs in play for a while but ultimately good opportunity in shorts can safer side. anyway stick to the plan of action & to react as per market actually do next.

There is no longers, shorters...It depends on TF you like to trade. If you trade on weekly or monthly basis,then you can call yourself a bull or a bear. When I trade intraday, what would keep me from changing my status from bear to bull? Only the Intraday TF i trade..

What do you get when you weld weak and strong economies without properly checking the link-chains just because it seems to be a nice political idea to boost your global political relevance? Your guess is as good as any right thinking person, the BIG BROTHERS have to shell out to keep weak ones afloat. Its just a matter of time the bailout packages will soon come thru, the EU has to save face. But while at it they should consider the erstwhile Soviet Union. UK was wise in staying out of the crappy arrangement.

Whatever, I expect to see a repeat of previous weeks' scenarios

A. In the event of an spike north, a corrective southward price movement till
the week runs out.

B. If not then a most probable uncertain sine wave price movement tending
south.

I think I posted Greece and Ireland could drop out of eu and it would only lose 1% of gdp.

I am with you on the intraday as well ... I am not guessing anything past the next 24 hours.

However the pattern on the weekly is pretty interesting , we will have to wait for it to unfold.

greece is resolved .. euro to 1.4000 to 1.4100 (50 to 61.8% reatrce of down move ) and then the other PIGS get into trouble and we drop to 1.2500 or lower.... again all just a guess right now

dj is at 52 week highs , every .5% reatrce is being bought. Very dotcomish ...... 12000 ? 13000 ? or even a 14000 test could be on the cards as all bad news is being ignored and in order to dip the market pros have to make up bs news like sec charging GS. This alone will support eu.

The only thing that I think will changed eu and gu long term for a decent drop is
1) US raising rates ... no sign of that . If they did yields on savings would look more attractive. However BOC have indicated they are raisning in June and they would not raise unless us is raising , so they may have let the cat out the bag
2) DJ crashes for some reason .... let me see 16% unemployment , 300 k forclosures or defualts per month and 8 years to get back to jobs situation we had 2 years ago is not dropping it , so what will ?

Yes, Greece is only a small amount of total EU GDP but add spain in for one then portugal, then ireland and italy and you're getting somewhere...

These countries have bills coming up soon too, I'm sure you're aware....

Still holding 6.5 lots longs @ Average price of $1.3266.

EUR/USD will at least print $1.39 handle this week.

i believe the open will be flat (ie. no gaps)

Sundays are always a bull ride for the euro.
