Domas4, your avatar is very nice. It complements the SonicR method. I wonder if you think about making it available to any member of this thread that wants to use it.....kinda like Cobra did with THV.

Rastaman, here is one for you.....as a believer that the FR 38% level is a prime level for reversals. Look at M15 chart how PA is wound up really tight near the center of its current range. Then look at the H4 chart....the price at the 38% level......and the current price.

If this breaks south, technically it could drop 300+ pips, overshooting the 1.5100 whole number to around 1.5086.

UJ short trade:

Considering the range H/L for the session and current PA, I dropped SL to BE+ several pips, and TP to the next lower half number.

The speculators that pull off the "Frankfurt Headfake" from time to time, are at it again.....the pump followed by high trading is shown in the black rectangles on the chart.

I don't normally use the MACD study (Basber does), but this time it is included as evidence of Divergence.....increasing highs on the chart, but decreasing highs on the MACD. This is a fairly reliable predictor of eventual reversal. And what with the Frankfurt Headfake, that time may be upon us....need to see what the London speculators do and then the US speculators. Like yesterday, the pump they have started may have at least another leg, and the price might end up at the next higher whole number before they are finished.

If this is to be driven down later, based upon these new highs, the PA and extensive consolidation over the last several sessions, I foresee a solid 400 pip drop (but not over just one session). Warning: Speculation!

But, as Sonic says......let the market decide. (I am still waiting for it to make up its mind.)
