This is what I think. Stock market is going to go up till S&P 1270
(Credit Suisse: Next Stop S&P 1,270)
and as Jim Rogers says this could exceeed with all the stimulus money in the market. But the value of USD will go down. That means in the longer term, EU is a good buy. I think we are at one of the best time to buy EU if you are a mid to long term trader.

Long term yes but I would wait for more down somewhere 3000 area would be ideal

edit: sorry but right we are ranging between 3266 and 3800 so no not a good place to enter long term

very difficult without considering technical, but on dailys the RSI already create higher lows, however it is still far from overbought territory, but yes IMHO, in the yearly term usd might weaken. I still favor 1.45 than 1.25 from this level til year end.

Thanks TC! I agree with you that there will be some more downward pressure, until there are good solutions in place on PIGS issues or until it becomes a common problem across the world, so PIGS are not any worst!!

EURO-DOLLAR VIEW: CitiFX strategists maintain that widening Greek/German
spreads (+522bp high spread seen earlier - highest since March 13 1998)
may "exaggerate" the threat to the euro. The spread widening "highlights
lingering market fears on a potential breakdown in the aid program
before funds can be disbursed," they says. These concerns appear
"exaggerated" in comparison to other sentiment indicators. The spread
between euro-dollar implied and actual volatility, in particular, has
been decreasingly steadily after peaking late in 2009. "Since this
spread represents the risk premium priced in above and beyond what
appears justified simply on the basis of moves in spot, this is hardly
what we would expect if expectation for a major disruption to the euro
was still building," CitiFX says. The euro downside, "may be more
limited" than current price action suggests, the strategists say.

out of my eu shorts. it seems long but no clear. now wait and see...

I just made to cover my losses on previous eu long.

From my opinion, its no use to put trades now, i mean if you want clear ones. We are battling into which side (50%) of the last swing from 1.3445 - 1.3356 this price action turns. In respect to time factor this should go a bit up before Stoch and RSI are favourable in 15min tf.

4hr tf RSI is approx 30' angle slow zig-zag upwards...so, pretty lame price action.
