yesterday and today I am in red numbers (-70pips)... for now I am short in EU and hedging with cable where I am long... when the direction will be set I will close the loss....because of hammer on daily TF on both eu and cable I am expecting the up move (trade what you see, not what...)
time will tell....

Wait for the transactional orders to roll through...consider it the obligatory headfake that comes with market opens. I never open a position right before or at open.....too many transactions that have nothing to do with speculation...just business need. Things should be clearer in 15-30.

I am only a little worried about ZEW later on should be positive, but my charts tell me stay short unless utl is broken.
So what can I do I stay short until chart tells me to go long.

No Problem. Sometimes the transactional orders will alter the trend...or be quickly faded as we are seeing now. Always best to wait until you see what the actual situation is....same with medium or heavy impact news events. I usually get out or tighten my stops if such is pending.

if you can be profitable for 6 consecutive mos. then ur ready for live....if you cant, save urself the heartache of losing money and work on finding a system that fits you profitably.
6-12months on a demo huh? that's a very long time of practicing. well, good thing is that i'm still young and also a quick learner. i'll take your advice though since this IS something involving risk. things have gotten a LOT better since i've started and i'm always reading the posts on this thread. thanks for the help

Well - I took a trade at 1.3454 - buy order - and unwinded at 3467 and 34721 in the time between.

Shorted it from 1.34763 - and unwinded this at 3466-

Now looking for a new dip to buy again.


Possibly again around 1.3454 - mal schaun.
